Really cool shop, super nice staff, still served us despite the shop closing, never seen anything else. Food is great and quickly prepared. Have been eating there for over a year and have always been satisfied, can only be recommended

I found the quality of the burger really bad. Looked like the quality of cheap packaged meat patties from the supermarket. The other products (chicken wings) were also of very poor quality. In terms of price, I also find it far too expensive for the quality. I have to say that I have eaten burgers a lot and often in different cities in Europe and my bar may be very high there. I still think it's cool that there is such a shop in Moers for young people, even if I won't eat there any more! Perhaps the prices should be adjusted a little or the quality should be improved. But I found the service very nice.

The staff were very friendly, but also under stress (simply too many orders). I called shortly after 8:00 p.m. (2 burgers and 3 x fries) and was told that I should be there at 8:45 p.m. I was there on time, but had to wait in or in front of the building until 9:10 p.m. Quality, friendliness and above all the taste: very good. Prices slightly increased.

Whenever I'm in Moers, I always pass there! Burgers made with love, nice service and great ambience

Had baguettes to take away for me and my roommate yesterday for lunch. Detlef didn't promise too much! Best baguettes far and wide !! 5 Stars. See you next time ... hopefully soon again in the store after Corona

Tried the new delivery service with my colleagues yesterday! Everything was warm and swift with me. I can recommend it especially now in the lockdown time.

Tried the delivery service yesterday and we have to say we were all thrilled! It was busy and we waited about an hour, but the food arrived warm and was delicious as usual! I can only recommend :-)

The toilets were really dirty ..... unfortunately I didn't take a picture :( In the shop there is apparently no value placed on hygiene ... how does it look behind the counter ???? The food was also not worth the money in terms of taste. Probably only cheap products were used. It's a shame, unfortunately there is a lack of good restaurants in Moers.

Nice atmosphere, service was very nice. Thought I could have a nice burger there, but read about to wish. It was tasty, no question about it, but these pre-fried meat patties are a no-go FOR ME. Therefore one star less

The burgers are really delicious. The meat is juicy and the salad fresh. Even the baguettes taste great. I have been visiting Planet 16 for a few years now and the quality has not deteriorated

I found the guys behind the counter very friendly, the food was okay, I just always find it ugly when conflicts are fought in front of customers! The waitress loudly reprimanded the two! In addition, the place cards were unclean!

Super friendly and fast, price / performance ratio is very good, cozy meals for two or as a group possible, always with good music. I have been a very satisfied customer for years. Many friends have already been invited there and everyone is very enthusiastic and now comes more often.

Delicious meal. Very nice staff. Various inexpensive burgers. Special requests are fulfilled. Good equipment. Very, very recommendable. If more than 5 stars, I'll give it as a rating right now.

There were two of us eating there - one time chicken wings and I had a cheeseburger. Both dishes were tasty - ok! The service staff was friendly. Perhaps for the quality the food offered should be a bit cheaper. But what was not okay for us - the smells within the location. We are aware that in a restaurant / snack bar it smells like food but of old fries and it shouldn't smell that extreme. Even outside we could not eat in peace without smells.

I have to give it a star, but it's only available because the burger was delicious. Long wait for the food. The food was cold. The staff seemed very stressed and hectic to us even though it wasn't very busy. Not all tables were occupied.

The worst shop far and wide in terms of coordination! The staff did not manage to take 12 orders sensibly and even when told to, errors repeatedly followed. Sometimes people from the group of twelve had to wait up to an hour for their burgers, so that the communal meal was completely neglected .. a shame, because the food and the concept of the store are not that bad. We were not even offered anything as a goodwill gesture - so if you are not ready to meet the customer for your own mistakes, then such mistakes should not be made in the first place. The shop spoiled the mood of my brother, who was a stag party - a shame ...

The one and only vacation back in time. Awesome good quality burgers and baguettes.

A little more expensive but value for money is given. Everything is freshly cooked to order :) and is just delicious. I can only recommend this store too well ♡

Great food, nice nostalgic music vibes, design is really nice, Wifi... Everything you basically ask for a perfect burger place, shakes and burgers go great together here, service a bit slow but worth it.

Nice atmosphere, enough choice in burger and toast. A place that you can visit more than once. Food quality is very good! A gem well hidden in the Moers city centre.
